Doll Notes
I got this doll in a trade on Facebook. Several years before, I made an order with Souldoll via Angelesque which was relayed incorrectly to the doll company. Because of this, Souldoll offered two different doll heads than the one I ordered, as replacement. I accepted the replacement but never really bonded with the sculpts they sent me instead, so I put them up for sale or trade. I was really happy when someone offered me this lovely Dollmore Asha as a trade and, although I had been initially been very dissapointed not to get the Souldoll head I ordered, if my order hadn't gone wrong I would never have gotten this lovely Asha!
Character Notes
Daisy is an outgoing, adventurous girl, curious about life and people. She's always looking to make new friends.
Daisy's parents were hippies. She was born in a countryside commune and was homeschooled until she was 14. She decided she wanted to try mainstream schooling and went to live with her aunt in the city of Newbridge during term time. City life and high school were big culture shocks, but also exciting. Daisy was determined to do her best and learn all she could. She loves studying (although academically she struggles to arrange her thoughts cohesively on paper.) Daisy always wants to learn new things, anything at all could spark her curiosity. One week it might be space travel, the next it could be surfing.
Because of this, she spends lots of time in libraries and bookshops. This is how she discovered Gyaru fashion and eventually met the rest of the Jfashion crew. Working her way through every book in her school library, she came across the Fruits books. Decora sparked caught her attention and from then on she devoured every book on J fashion she could find, eventually coming across gyaru. Gal sparked her interest because there seemed to be so many possibilities to play with. She didn;t have many clothes to try the styles she like, but she loved experimenting with all kinds of makeup.
Many years later, unaware that her city had a J fashion community at all, Daisy was visiting Marigold's book shop, hunting for books on raising caterpillars. When Marigold was ringing up her purchases, she invited Daisy to join the comm.
